Chapter 9 -
When one has been influenced by Hollywood over the years to believe that the occult is nothing more than a fictional movie story or some fantasy of those who are misled, it is hard to believe or comprehend when we hear reports of such things taking place such as satanic rituals. To think that anyone would willingly be a part of such things is mind boggling. However, you must remember that they in the occult believe what they are doing is not only right, but that they are empowered by gods or devils to do so. At least one reasoning is correct. It is that their powers come from the demonic and not of God himself. Unfortunately, they are unable to distinguish the difference between the true God of the Bible and the lie of the devil, and who is evil and who is good, meaning their occult practice is divination in nature and not divine. So the demonic deceives them right from the beginning.
When one uses the demonic spirit realm for their information and powers by calling on demonic entities, they are reaching out to what God has called an abominable practice. This is found in The Book of Deuteronomy and Leviticus of the Old Testament Bible. The New Testament warns of such things as well. So no matter how bizarre this may all seem to those who are of a normal reality and nature and have a solid definition and perception of right and wrong, they, in the occult, believe it to be so! They also believe they are called to do so and are demonically driven by deception thinking that they themselves can become like gods. Remember this narcissistic behavior from the Garden of Eden? Lucifer convinced Eve that she and Adam would become as God if they so desired! This is troublesome in revealing that the devil (Satan) is alive and well in the hearts of those who are willing to serve him and obey his course of action against God’s Christian Saints. We are seeing a multiple spiritual armament growing expediently in these last days by Satan followers. The prophecies in The Book of Revelation, Ezekiel, Daniel and others confirms it is all coming to pass concerning the great deception that many will fall under. All lies and deception come from Satan and his army of fallen angels and devils.
The occult includes Freemasonry, Illuminati, Luciferism, New Age practices, Wiccan convenes, Witchcraft, Divination, Sorcery, Mormonism, Hinduism, Islam and basically anything that counterfeits God’s Holy order and the power of the Holy Spirit. If it does not line up with God’s Word, then you may even be practicing Charismatic Witchcraft if you are a Christian, and you do not align your actions to God’s Holy Order. So test the spirit of any practice that could be pulling you down the wrong road to perdition.
